3D Generalist - Blender
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on the complete production of high-quality 3D animated YouTube Shorts, from initial concept to final output.
- Interpret scripts and translate them into engaging, visually appealing animated content.
- Handle the full 3D production pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and final output.
- Develop an animation pass based on the provided script and deliver it for review before proceeding to the final pass.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently throughout the production process.
- Create and integrate VFX, simulations, and other visual elements when required by the project.
- Maintain consistency in character performance, visual quality, timing, and overall storytelling.
- Deliver assigned shots and videos within agreed deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Work closely with the creative team and communicate progress, challenges, and production requirements clearly.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and manage tasks independently from script to final delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mid-level experience as a 3D Generalist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Strong proficiency in Blender and a solid understanding of the complete 3D production pipeline.
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including modeling, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
- Experience creating and working with VFX, simulations, and dynamic effects.
- Ability to understand scripts, creative direction, and detailed internal or client feedback.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, particularly for short-form YouTube content.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Ai Artist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos based on scripts, concepts, and creative direction.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows to achieve consistent, accurate, and visually compelling results.
- Work efficiently through the generation process, minimizing unnecessary iterations and generation wastage.
- Understand and maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, camera angles, and sequences.
- Interpret scripts and translate ideas into engaging visual storytelling.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback and revise content accordingly.
- Organize and prepare AI-generated assets for editing and final production.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual solutions.
- Deliver assigned work within project deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Higgsfield, Magnific, Google Flow, and other relevant AI image and video generation tools.
- Strong prompt-writing and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, visual consistency, and storytelling.
- Ability to understand scripts, creative direction, and feedback and translate them into strong visual results.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
- Bonus: The ability to combine AI-generated assets into a polished and engaging final video is a strong advantage.
Jr. 3D Compositor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Composite 3D render passes and AOVs into polished final shots.
- Understand different render passes and use them effectively to control and enhance the final image.
- Perform basic color correction, grading, image integration, and visual enhancements.
- Work with the production team to achieve the intended look and quality for each shot.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback and make revisions when required.
- Organize project files and maintain a clean compositing workflow.
- Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new production workflows and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of 3D render passes / AOVs and their purpose in the compositing pipeline.
- Knowledge of how different passes can be combined and adjusted to achieve the desired final look.
- Basic understanding of compositing, color correction, color grading, effects, and image integration.
- Good attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
- Ability to understand creative direction, feedback, and production requirements.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a professional production environment.
Jr.3D Lookdev Artist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and refine textures and materials for 3D characters, props, and environments.
- Develop visually appealing and believable surface details using industry-standard workflows.
- Work with shaders, textures, and lighting to achieve the desired look for each asset.
- Maintain visual consistency across assets and ensure they meet the project's artistic direction.
- Interpret references and creative direction to develop appropriate materials and surface qualities.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback and make revisions when required.
- Collaborate with artists across the production pipeline to prepare assets for final rendering.
- Maintain organized project files and follow established production workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Substance Painter and Autodesk Maya.
- Strong understanding of Look Development fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of materials, textures, shaders, lighting, and color.
- A good eye for detail, realism, and visual consistency.
- Ability to understand references, creative direction, and feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is highly preferred.
